The mechanism is aware of the varying lengths of the months and knows when the next leap year will be. A manual cor- rection will not be required until 2100. The high exclusivity of the timepiece continues in the outside appearance: The case and the dial are made of the finest materials. SET CALENDAR DISPLAY START THE WATCH The movement is wound by the motion of the wrist when worn. When not worn, the watch stops after approximately 50 hours and has to be wound manually. 1 Manually wind the move- ment by rotating the crown at least 30 times in the clockwise direction. WARNING The correctors must not be used between 8:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. because doing so can damage the movement. Pull the crown until it is in position 1. The small seconds hand does not move. Move the crown counter- clockwise until the date changes. Then set the display to read 3:00 a.m. Push the crown back to the initial position. The small seconds hand is back in motion.
