7.2 能力
组织应:
- 确定在其控制下工作,对其环境绩效和履行合规义务的能力有影响的人员所需的能力;
- 基于适当的教育、培训或经历,确保这些人员能够胜任工作;
- 确定与其环境因素和环境管理体系相关的培训需求;
- 适用时,采取措施以获得所必需的能力,并评价所采取措施的有效性。
注:适用的措施可能包括,例如:向现有员工提供培训、指导,或重新分配工作;或聘用、雇佣胜任的人员。
组织应保留适当的文件化信息作为能力的证据。
7.2 Competence
The organization shall:
- determine the necessary competence of person(s) doing work under its control that affects its environmental performance and its ability to fulfil its compliance obligations;
- ensure that these persons are competent on the basis of appropriate education, training or experience;
- determine training needs associated with its environmental aspects and its environmental management system;
- where applicable, take actions to acquire the necessary competence, and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken.
NOTE Applicable actions can include, for example, the provision of training to, the mentoring of, or the reassignment of currently employed persons; or the hiring or contracting of competent persons.
The organization shall retain appropriate documented information as evidence of competence.
7.2 能力
