质量方针应：
- 作为形成文件的信息，可获得并保持；
- 在组织内得到沟通、理解和应用；
- 适宜时，可为有关相关方所获取。
5.2.2 Communicating the quality policy
The quality policy shall:
- be available and be maintained as documented information;
- be communicated, understood and applied within the organization;
- be available to relevant interested parties, as appropriate.
