5.2.1 制定质量方针
最高管理者应制定、实施和保持质量方针,质量方针应：
- 适应组织的宗旨和环境并支持其战略方向；
- 为建立质量目标提供框架；
- 包括满足适用要求的承诺；
- 包括持续改进质量管理体系的承诺。
5.2.1 Establishing the quality policy
Top management shall establish, implement and maintain a quality policy that:
- is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization and supports its strategic direction;
- provides a framework for setting quality objectives;
- includes a commitment to satisfy applicable requirements;
- includes a commitment to continual improvement of the quality management system.
