8.1.3 变更管理
组织应建立过程，用于实施和控制所策划的、影响职业健康安全绩效的临时性和永久性变更。这些变更包括：
- 新的产品、服务和过程，或对现有产品、服务和过程的变更，包括：
- 工作场所的位置和周边环境；
- 工作组织；
- 工作条件；
- 设备；
- 劳动力；
- 法律法规要求和其他要求的变更；
- 有关危险源和职业健康安全风险的知识或信息的变更；
- 知识和技术的发展。
组织应评审非预期性变更的后果，必要时采取措施，以减轻任何不利影响。
注：变更可带来风险和机遇。
8.1.3 Management of change
The organization shall establish a process(es) for the implementation and control of planned temporary and permanent changes that impact OH&S performance, including:
- new products, services and processes, or changes to existing products, services and processes, including:— workplace locations and surroundings;
- work organization;
- working conditions;
- equipment;
- work force;
- changes to legal requirements and other requirements;
- changes in knowledge or information about hazards and OH&S risks;
- developments in knowledge and technology.
The organization shall review the consequences of unintended changes, taking action to mitigate any adverse effects, as necessary.
NOTE Changes can result in risks and opportunities.
