组织应：
- 就职业健康安全管理体系的相关信息在其不同层次和职能之间进行内部沟通，适当时还包括职业健康安全管理体系的变更；
- 确保其沟通过程能够使工作人员为持续改进做出贡献。
7.4.2 Internal communication
The organization shall:
- internally communicate information relevant to the OH&S management system among the various levels and functions of the organization, including changes to the OH&S management system, as appropriate;
- ensure its communication process(es) enables workers to contribute to continual improvement.
