During power save mode, the iPod is not charged.• Be sure to use a dock adaptor that is compatible with your iPod. If you do not use the adaptor or the adopter is not compatible, the connection could be loose or poor, which could cause damage to the connector.• If an iPod in protective case is connected by force, the connector may be damaged.
